The evolution

Now we're teaching AI to work beside them.

The next step isn't about swapping offshore teams out for AI. It's about putting the two together. Our AI apprentice sits in on a live session with your best analyst, watches how they work, asks the kind of questions a senior would, and builds a working, tested workflow as it goes, usually in about ninety minutes.

Your expert signs it off, gets their name on it, and earns from it every time it runs in production. The people who know the work get the credit for it.

The apprentice joins the call and watches your analyst work through a real case, screen shared.

It asks the questions a senior would ask, and builds the spec on screen while you talk.

Sign off

You try it together on a fresh case, fix anything it gets wrong, and your expert signs it off. Version 1.0, with their name on it.

Once it's signed, the spec becomes a running agent. A single session turns into a workflow that then runs thousands of times.
